"Fast shipping,but your customer service is non existent. Been trying for 2 weeks to call,leave # & no return call. Chat with a chat bot and no help what so ever. No live agent at all. Bought 2 pair,because of the 1st was to small & got the size I need,requested to return and waiting for an approval??? Horrible customer service. Buyer beware"

"I ordered a pair through Kohl's, and although they fit when I ordered them, when I ordered through your site, I went up a size. They fit much better. I haven't worn this pair much yet. They do make your feel real good, there is no break-in time. And they feel less slippery than some other brands. And you can wear them all day and have your feet feel great. I think you should add to your sizing a bit by measuring your feet instead of going by traditional sizes or have both available. I'm happy and my feet are happy!"

"I love these flip flops because they look great and are super comfortable! Only 3 stars because they are slippery under your feet when wet. Not the bottom where sandal meets ground (thats good) just where feet meet the sandal. Ill n ed to keep looking for my pool/beach sandal."

Very uncomfortable!

"These flip flops are very uncomfortable. I bought a size up and they still strangle my feet, so tight my toes are turning purple. I have tried to stretch them out but they haven’t changed. They also rock your foot backwards, so I feel like I’m off balance. If your feet are slightly wide, I would not recommend."

"My new Oka is well made and I truly appreciate that it is made in the USA of recycled material. The arch is a bit too high for me and makes my feet ache after wearing them a bit. Perhaps it will be great if my foot's instep relaxes after more wear. They do look great! :-)"

"I normally wear Telic or Oofos. I tried these because they were on sale. I was really impressed with how well they fit and wore. They don’t have quite the cushioning as Oofos but almost the same as Telic."

"I never pay this much for flip flops. I was really skeptical but loved the colors and figured I could always send them back. Iwas presently surprised. These shoes fit me and feel great. I am not sure how long they will last because they felt less cushioned the second time that I wore them but they are great recovery shoes while they last."
