  • Once your order is placed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. 
  • We currently ship within the United States and to select US Territories.
  • We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.
  • We offer free exchanges.
  • Returns may be charged a fee for return postage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding the original shipping fee and a small return processing fee.

Upon clicking START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE below:

  • You will be asked for your order number and the shipping zip code. The order number is on your confirmation email or can be found on the packing slip under "PO number." Please include the full number. Example: #3-1234
  • If you don't have an order number or the original order email address and it was a gift, please click the link that says "received a gift".
  • You will choose if you would like to print a pre-paid return label (a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund) or if you would like to return the items via the service of your choice at your own cost.
  • You will be asked to print the label. Many of the Happy Returns drop off locations offer printing service, such as Staples.
  • Pre-paid labels are valid for 30 days from creation.
  • If you ship using your own service, we cannot provide you a shipping status at any time.
  • You will choose if you would like to be refunded to an Oka E-Gift Card or to your original form of payment. Oka E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our website. If you choose to receive your refund to an Oka-B E-Gift Card, you will receive an email with your E-Gift Card redemption code once your returned item(s) has been received and processed by our warehouse team. We can manually speed up this process if you reach out to us.
  • If you choose to receive your refund to your original form of payment, less any applicable service fees, your refund will be issued once your returned item(s) has been received and processed by our warehouse team. This is the automatic process via Happy Returns but we can manually speed up the process if you reach out to us.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email on the status of your return; please allow 7 - 10 business days after processing for your refund to process.
